This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to shape organizational strategy, strengthen manager effectiveness, and build scalable talent practices that enable higher performance during a period of continued growth. This person will lead a team of highly-skilled HRBPs and serve as HRBP to client groups including the growth team.. The ideal candidate brings deep business partnership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and is equally comfortable operating strategically and driving operational excellence across people programs. This person will bring experience driving AI adoption, utilizing metrics-driven decision-making, and evolving fit-for-purpose solutions to organizational design, talent planning, and learning & development with a focus on business outcomes. As the Senior Director, HRBP you will focus on the following areas: Team & Org Leadership - Lead and develop a team of senior HRBPs; set a high bar for business partnership quality, coach to individual growth, and build team capacity as Maven scales - Serve as HRBP to our growth team along with senior executive client groups including G&A, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, team effectiveness, and leadership through change - Lead the approach to sensitive employee relations matters, mitigating risk and ensuring thoughtful, values-aligned decision-making across teams - Partner with the SVP, People and CFO on workforce planning, ensuring headcount strategy aligns with business priorities, growth plans, and financial targets</li>
