Influencer Coordinator
Our Mission As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re inspired by the challenge of keeping the magic of human connection alive. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing. We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more. Our Values Take the Lead: We don't ghost our work or each other. Just as users don't leave their matches hanging, we don't let each other down. Move Fast: We have a bias for action and urgency. Something that could be done tomorrow would be better if done today. Better Together: We keep connection at the heart of dating and at the heart of how we work. Just as our users are better when they connect with others, so are we when we collaborate. Real Talk: We say the hard thing the human way. Just as we ask our users to behave with kindness and candor in our community, we expect Team Tinder to do the same. Safety First: We act with integrity, transparency, and consistency so people feel safe—whether they're swiping, matching, or working alongside us. Spark Fun: We have fun to unlock creativity, fuel innovation, and help us build better experiences for daters. The Team Tinder's Social team sits at the intersection of culture, conversation, and brand relevance, turning internet trends, dating behavior, and audience insights into content people genuinely want to engage with. We partner closely with Brand, Product, Partnerships, and Creative teams to shape how Tinder shows up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — balancing speed, creativity, and cultural relevance to keep Tinder at the center of the conversation. Business Automation Engineer
About Tia Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike. About the Role At Tia, our business teams support the people, processes, and systems that make women’s healthcare possible. From credentialing providers to supporting clinic operations, too much of their time goes toward repetitive tasks, moving information between systems, tracking paperwork, and rebuilding reports. As our Business Automation Engineer, you’ll help teams spend more time on the work that needs their expertise. You’ll partner with People Operations, Credentialing, Clinical Operations, Data, Product, Business Analytics, and other teams to understand their workflows and build practical solutions using automation, AI, and code. You’ll work with your manager to define problems and priorities, then own projects from discovery through launch and ongoing maintenance. Product partners will support architecture and data decisions. As your portfolio grows, you’ll keep workflows reliable and adapt them as Tia’s needs change. This role offers the opportunity to apply emerging technology to real business problems and make a measurable difference in how Tia operates. What You’ll Do Understand and improve business processes - Work directly with teams to understand how work gets done, including exceptions, workarounds, and handoffs. - Map workflows and identify where human judgment is essential and where automation can reduce repetitive work. - Partner with your manager to define project scope, priorities, and measures of success. Build practical, reliable solutions - Design and build workflows using n8n or similar automation platforms, AI tools, and Python or JavaScript/Node.js. - Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, and other integrations. - Choose the simplest effective solution, whether that is a spreadsheet improvement, standard automation, or an AI-assisted workflow. - Test normal operations and edge cases, and build in error handling, logging, alerts, and appropriate human review. Own workflows after launch - Monitor performance, troubleshoot failures, and update workflows as systems, policies, and business needs change. - Follow Tia’s security, access, and AI governance controls when working with sensitive employee, business, or patient-related information. - Maintain clear documentation so others can understand, review, and support your work. Help teams adopt and sustain improvements - Involve teams throughout discovery, design, and rollout. - Explain technical decisions in plain language and train teams to use their workflows. - Enable teams to make appropriate adjustments independently, with clear guidance on when technical support is needed. Measure impact and share learning - Establish baselines and measure time saved, accuracy, reliability, and adoption after launch. - Report results honestly, including limitations and approaches that did not work. - Partner with Product to transition solutions that could become part of Tia’s products. - Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools and recommend where they can improve business operations. What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications We value the quality of what you’ve built and how you approach problems. Candidates who demonstrate these capabilities through research or independent projects are encouraged to apply, even without traditional professional experience. - 1+ year of relevant experience in workflow automation, software development, systems integration, or technical operations, or equivalent hands-on experience through internships, research, or substantial independent projects. - Experience leading a substantial project from an unclear starting point to a working solution. - Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting workflows in n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or a comparable platform, with the ability to learn n8n quickly. - Ability to write Python or JavaScript/Node.js scripts, call APIs, and handle logic beyond the capabilities of low-code tools. - Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data movement between systems. - Comfort using SQL to query and validate data, and working with complex Google Sheets. - Experience applying LLM tools or APIs to practical problems, with an understanding of their limitations, how to evaluate outputs, and when human review is needed. - Ability to break complex processes into manageable steps and anticipate exceptions and downstream effects. - A disciplined approach to testing, documentation, monitoring, and handling sensitive data. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to earn trust with nontechnical teams. - Initiative, persistence, and accountability: you make progress through ambiguity, raise blockers early, and learn from mistakes. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Google Workspace automation, including Apps Script. - Experience building AI workflows that use tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or agents. - Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and how to assess whether a model is appropriate for a task. - Experience handling sensitive data in healthcare, finance, or another regulated environment. - Experience measuring operational improvements through time studies or before-and-after comparisons. How You’ll Make an Impact Success in this role means: - Delivering agreed-upon projects and communicating progress and blockers clearly. - Building workflows that teams adopt and that remain reliable after launch. - Demonstrating measurable improvements in time spent, accuracy, or process quality. - Providing documentation and training that help teams use and sustain improvements. - Identifying opportunities to simplify work while protecting the human judgment and expertise essential to Tia’s operations. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike. About the Role We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with strong gynecology and women’s health experience to provide care in a fully virtual setting. This role is specifically focused on expanding Tia’s virtual gynecology capacity. We are seeking either a provider whose core clinical background is in gynecology or women’s health, or a broadly trained provider who has significant experience providing both gynecologic and primary care services. You may live in any approved location, but you must work PST timezone. Providers will deliver care virtually and collaborate with clinical and operational teams across Tia’s markets. Your Experience Must have: - 6+ years in Product Marketing for consumer digital products, ideally mobile apps or subscription businesses. - Proven track record taking products from concept to marketing, working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process. - A track record of testing messaging with data, such as user research, A/B tests or creative tests, and acting on what you learn. - The confidence to influence senior product and marketing leaders, and to back your recommendations with evidence. - Clear, structured writing: you can set out a strategy that a whole team can act on. - Comfort with ambiguity and building new products and processes from scratch. - Experience working with Product teams from discovery onward: shaping requirements, pricing and packaging, or in-product experiences like onboarding and paywalls. What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for: - Own the go-to-market strategy for top priority products, and lead the plan through launch and beyond. - Define positioning and messaging: who the product is for, why it matters to them, and how we talk about it. - Test your thinking in data-driven ways through user research and in-market experiments. - Shape the product from the start. You'll bring customer, market and competitor insight into product decisions, and help set the bar for when a product is ready to launch publicly. - Plan and lead launches with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and other stakeholders. - Brief and partner with all Marketing teams, including paid acquisition, creative, lifecycle and CRM, brand, social and ASO, so every channel tells the same clear story. - Make messaging clear, credible and compliant. You'll work with our Medical and Legal experts to communicate health products responsibly. - Measure what works. You'll own adoption and launch metrics for your products, work with analysts on results, and keep improving. - Help build the function. You'll shape the templates and ways of working that make product marketing effective across Flo. You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it. What you'll get We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like: - Competitive salary and annual reviews - Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme - Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave - Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents - Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support - In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office - 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary - Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks Diversity, equity and inclusion Our strength is in our differences. Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Virtual...
About Tia Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people rather than as separate conditions or life stages. Although Tia’s care model is comprehensive, our greatest current need is for providers who can independently evaluate and manage a broad range of gynecologic and reproductive health concerns through telehealth. This is not a general primary care-focused opening. As a member of Tia’s virtual care team, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care while helping Tia continue to develop and refine its virtual women’s health model. Why Tia - Built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across markets - AI-supported documentation designed to reduce charting burden - Quarterly bonus and equity, which are not typical in many clinical roles - The opportunity to help build and shape a new model for women’s healthcare - A multidisciplinary clinical model that supports coordination between virtual and in-person care What You’ll Do Virtual Gynecology and Reproductive Health Care Evaluate, counsel, treat, and manage patients through telehealth across areas such as: - Contraceptive counseling and management - Menopause and perimenopause assessment and follow-up - PCOS - Fibroids - Abnormal uterine bleeding - Endometriosis - Fertility assessment and follow-up - Pregnancy confirmation and pregnancy-options counseling - Sexual wellness and sexual health concerns - STI consultation and treatment - Genital sores and other genital concerns - Vaginal, vulvar, and urinary symptoms - Menstrual cramps and pelvic pain - Gynecology follow-up care - Cervical cancer screening follow-up and results counseling, when appropriate for virtual management Whole-Person Care Recognize and address related medical, behavioral health, and preventive care needs within your scope, while coordinating with Tia’s primary care, mental health, and in-person clinical teams when additional evaluation or treatment is needed. Virtual Care Navigation Determine when a concern can be safely managed through telehealth and when a patient requires an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, specimen collection, a procedure, or specialty referral. Quality and Advocacy Deliver inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based care that helps patients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their healthcare decisions. Collaboration Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, mental health clinicians, care coordinators, and in-person clinic teams to ensure seamless continuity of care. Clinical Innovation Contribute to the development of virtual care pathways, clinical protocols, decision-support tools, and innovative practice standards. Data and Technology Use technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making, documentation, quality improvement, and efficient virtual workflows. What You’ll Bring Credentials: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA. Active California license and DEA registration required. Clinical Experience: At least two years of independent outpatient clinical experience following completion of training. Gynecology Expertise: Demonstrated experience independently evaluating and managing a broad range of gynecologic, reproductive health, and sexual health concerns. Relevant Background: We are particularly interested in candidates who have one of the following backgrounds: - Core experience in gynecology, women’s health, reproductive health, or sexual health; or - Broad outpatient experience across both gynecology and primary care, with substantial gynecology-focused clinical responsibility Virtual Care Judgment: Ability to provide high-quality telehealth care and identify when symptoms or conditions require an in-person examination, testing, imaging, a procedure, or a higher level of care. Patient-Centered Care: Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care. Operational Mindset: Data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable partnering with Operations to balance clinical quality, access, patient experience, and workflow efficiency. Preferred Qualifications - Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification or another advanced women’s health-focused background - Experience managing menopause and perimenopause - Experience in contraception, reproductive health, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, fertility evaluation, or sexual medicine - Prior telehealth experience - Experience working within an integrated or multidisciplinary care model Training and Development Training may be provided in selected areas of Tia’s care model based on the provider’s prior experience. However, candidates must join with a strong existing foundation in outpatient gynecology and women’s health. Additional training may include: - Tia’s virtual care pathways and escalation standards - Menopause and perimenopause care - Sexual wellness - Weight management - Medical dermatology - Tia’s documentation, technology, and care coordination workflows Work Location This is a fully remote clinical role. You may live in any approved location, but you must work PST timezone. Providers will deliver care virtually and collaborate with clinical and operational teams across Tia’s markets. Because this is a telehealth position, providers must be comfortable determining which concerns are appropriate for virtual care and coordinating timely in-person follow-up when a physical examination, diagnostic testing, imaging, specimen collection, or procedure is clinically indicated. Compensation and Benefits Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role level, business needs, and market conditions.
