Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better. The job We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you. What you will own - Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle. - Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board. - Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale. - The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs. - AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable. - The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority. Experience and skills - You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC. - You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence. - You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan. - You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself. - You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative. - You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes. You know HRT, you understand the complexity of perimenopause, and you’ve spent years earning the clinical instincts it takes to actually get this right. Now you want to do it at scale — for more patients, with fewer barriers, and in a practice model that matches how you already think and work. That’s what Midi is. A fully virtual, fast-paced clinical environment built specifically around women’s midlife health — and designed for NPs who are ready to practice at their best. Nurse Practitioner Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. THE ROLE You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. If you’re the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you’ll feel at home here. WHO THRIVES HERE Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common: - They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling - They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change - They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it - They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one - They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment - They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses - Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC - 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients - 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT - 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time - 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience - 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists - Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) - Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine WHY MIDI - A patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real care - Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven framework - Fully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local time - Desirable benefits package - Accredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE) - Clinician Professional Development Allowance - Paid time off - A team that takes women’s health as seriously as you do WORKING ENVIRONMENT This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required. At this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship. All Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs. Please note that all official communication from Midi Health will come from an @joinmidi.com email address. We will never ask for payment of any kind during the application or hiring process.
