For a decade we've built the leading virtual clinic for women and families, delivered through employers and health plans. That enterprise business is strong and growing. Now we're opening Maven's doors to everyone. For the first time, any woman in the U.S. can subscribe directly to Maven for the care she actually needs: GLP-1 care, hormone care, and a virtual clinic with 30+ types of health and wellness providers. Women drive 80% of healthcare decisions in this country and remain chronically underserved by it. We built a care model designed around them, and we're now bringing it directly to them. This is the next chapter of Maven's story, and you'll help write it. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own core parts of the consumer experience as we go from early launch to scaled product. It's the rare combination of a 0-to-1 mandate with real foundations underneath: a trusted brand, a decade of clinical infrastructure, hundreds of providers, and a company that has already proven the care model works. Your job is to figure out what a direct relationship between Maven and the women we serve should look like, then ship it, learn fast, and shape where the product goes next. What you'll do - Own consumer acquisition and growth for Maven's direct-to-consumer business, starting with the GLP-1 funnel: landing experience, onboarding, conversion, and the paths that turn a first visit into an active member - Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine. Form hypotheses, ship tests, read results honestly, and compound learnings into a funnel that performs better every week - Define the metrics that matter for consumer growth, instrume

Design is central to how we earn member trust, differentiate in market, and deliver on our clinical mission at scale. We are looking for a VP of Design to lead product design, brand design, and user research — and to help position Maven as a design leader in healthcare. This is an AI-native role. We expect the person in this seat to use AI to move faster, think bigger, and raise the bar on what a small, high-performing team can produce. That means modernizing how the design org works — from research to production to cross-functional collaboration — and helping the rest of the company understand what's possible when design operates at its best. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and sits at the intersection of business strategy, product craft, and brand. You'll lead a team of roughly 15 designers, translate company goals into design priorities, and bring a point of view that influences decisions at the executive level. We're looking for a leader who is close to the work, relentless about quality, and genuinely energized by the challenge of moving fast without losing craft. As the VP of Design, you will: Connect design to business outcomes - Translate company goals into clear design priorities — and make sure the team is working on the things that move the needle - Drive conversion, member engagement, and clinical outcomes through design, not just aesthetics - Be a credible voice in executive forums: able to articulate why a design decision matters in terms of growth, retention, or clinical quality <li>
