We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days/week. How you’ll make an impact: You will identify and pursue new business partners for The Match Group's portfolio. You will build on existing relationships with clients and agencies. You will create professional and actionable sales presentations. You will oversee the execution and deliver high-quality responses to RFPs. You will strive to exceed the team’s pricing targets and sales goals. You are responsible for driving new and growing existing revenue through long-term contracts and contract negotiation. You will develop new relationships with clients and agencies on behalf of our brands. We may be a Match if: You have a Bachelor’s degree. You have 8+ years of online media sales experience. You MUST have relationships with top marketing decision-makers in the F1000 and major ad agencies. You have existing relationships on both client and agency sides. You have a proven track record of managing a team, beating quotas, and growing a territory. You have demonstrated experience in structuring, winning, and managing complex six-figure deals. You have strong references from agency and brand clients. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. What’s the team like?
