Working under the Content & Community Manager, you'll respond to inquiries, provide guidance, escalate issues, and help creators navigate the platform and access the resources they need to succeed, while also contributing to community engagement and educational initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a positive support experience.
