About Feeld: Feeld is a dating app created intentionally for a community of authentic and open-minded humans seeking connection in a way that allows each member to come as they are. Founded by designers, we believe that the "uncomfortable" can be made beautiful through intentional, elegant design. We provide a sanctuary for exploration, where human intimacy is treated with the artistry it deserves. As societal norms shift and what was once considered "alternative" becomes part of the cultural zeitgeist, Feeld is evolving too. We aren't just keeping pace with changing norms; we are actively designing the frameworks that will define the future of human connection. ### The Opportunity Feeld has built one of the most culturally significant brands in the dating space. We have a massive, loyal community and a unique market position that our competitors cannot replicate. As we enter our next era, we are looking for our first-ever Chief Product Officer to take the reins of our product ecosystem and match our technical execution to our brand’s massive cultural ambition. This is a defining role for the company. The CPO will not just manage our current product; they will be tasked with imagining the product for the existing and future needs of our communities and society. You will create a cohesive, intuitive, and beautifully designed product that members genuinely love by unifying vision, strategy, and execution across Product, Design, and Data in close partnership with Engineering. This role requires both visionary leadership and practical engagement: the ability to map out where human intimacy is heading over the next decade, while simultaneously going deep into the weeds to evaluate what’s working, what isn’t, and why. In short: You will be the architect of

This role exists now to improve how we detect, respond to, and prevent production incidents, and to strengthen the engineering practices (documentation, runbooks, quality bars) that help teams move quickly without compromising stability. At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Director of Global Markets to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships. We’re looking for a globally minded, culturally fluent marketing leader to shape how Feeld shows up in the world: market by market, community by community. This role owns the strategy and execution of our localized marketing efforts across key and emerging markets. It sits at the intersection of brand, data, and culture—translating Feeld’s identity into work that resonates deeply and authentically at a local level. Staff Reliability Engineer (Full Stack)

Negotiable

Feeld is building a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We’re an inclusive, human‑centred product with a distributed engineering team. We’re hiring a Staff Reliability Engineer (Full Stack) to raise the reliability and operability of our production systems across backend and mobile integration. This role exists now to improve how we detect, respond to, and prevent production incidents, and to strengthen the engineering practices (documentation, runbooks, quality bars) that help teams move quickly without compromising stability. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with significant cross‑team influence: you’ll lead through technical decisions, incident leadership, and pragmatic improvements to systems and process. Team context Reporting line: Sits on the Platform team reporting to the Head of Platform Engineering. Works closely with engineering leadership and partners day‑to‑day primarily with backend engineers. Scope & influence: You’ll collaborate across squads to improve production ownership, reliability, and backend↔mobile integration patterns. Ways of working: Remote-first, async-friendly, high trust; you’ll be expected to communicate clearly in writing and help teams adopt consistent operational practices. What success looks like Within your first year, you will have: - Reduced incident frequency and/or impact through concrete reliability improvements (e.g., better alerting, safer deploy patterns, guardrails, playbooks). - Made incident response more effective (clear ownership, faster MTTR, better post-incident follow‑through). - Delivered improvements to backend/mobile integration that reduce breakages and production risk. - Established (or materially improved) documentation and operational standards that other engineers consistently use. What you will do - Own reliability outcomes across critical backend services and their integration with mobile clients (React Native). - Lead technical problem-solving during incidents: coordinate response, diagnose root causes, communicate status, and drive to resolution. - Build and evolve monitoring/observability (dashboards, alerts, tracing, logging) that enables fast detection and diagnosis. - Drive post‑incident reviews (blameless) and ensure learnings become durable fixes (tech changes, runbooks, automation, process updates). - Improve engineering safety and quality: guardrails, safer migrations, feature-flag practices, rollout strategies, and resilience patterns. - Partner with product, design, QA, and engineering early to align delivery plans with operational risk and reliability needs. - Strengthen documentation and onboarding: architecture notes, runbooks, service ownership docs, and “how we work” guides. - Mentor engineers through pairing, reviews, incident shadowing, and pragmatic coaching on production ownership. At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships. You will sit within our Data team, embedded as a close partner to Marketing, owning the high-volume, rigorous analysis that powers our campaigns, experiments, and growth decisions. This is a role for someone who takes pride in the craft of analysis, including building robust templates, stress-testing assumptions, and surfacing the right numbers at the right time so that strategy can follow with clarity and confidence. Equally, you understand that great analysis is only as valuable as the story it tells, and you bring the commercial instinct to connect data to business outcomes in ways that drive action. Working closely with our existing Analyst, you will own the execution of analysis across CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, ASO and Experimentation. You will be comfortable working async-remotely, collaborating with teammates distributed across multiple time zones. ### What you will do - Lead and maintain Feeld's marketing attribution modelling, working across channels to ensure we have a clear and accurate picture of what is driving growth and informing budget and strategy decisions. - Analyse audience segments, customer behaviour, and funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention, surfacing insights that inform targeting, optimisation, and the full marketing journey. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends, synthesising relevant signals into inputs that keep our marketing strategy sharp and informed. - Own post-analysis delivery acros
