VP, Influencer Marketing

Senior leadership role overseeing Bellesa’s influencer revenue engine across booking, execution, and performance. THE ROLE Bellesa runs one of the largest influencer programs in women's wellness. We're looking for a VP to own this engine end-to-end: the team, the deals, the performance, and the strategy. This is a general management role as much as a marketing one. You'll be accountable for ROAS, deal economics, and team output across bookers and account managers. You know how to run a sales-style operation, price deals with data, and keep a large team motivated and hitting targets. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of 10–15, including Director of IM, deal bookers, and campaign coordinators Set individual and team performance targets; run weekly pipeline and performance reviews Coach to close — help bookers level up on outreach, negotiation, and relationship management Maintain team morale and culture in a fully remote, high-output environment Genuinely excited about using AI (Claude specifically) as a core part of your workflow. We run on Claude across the business- we expect this role to lead by example and push the team to work faster and sharper with AI, not just tolerate it. We’re looking for a CRO & Email Growth Manager who treats every page, funnel, flow, and email as a revenue lever, not a design project. Someone who has personally moved conversion rates, AOV, and LTV numbers for DTC brands and can prove it with data. Critically, you must have led email programs at scale, we’re talking millions of active recipients. You’ll own everything that happens after the click: landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout flow, upsell/cross-sell sequences, subscription mechanics, and post-purchase retention loops.
