Nurse Practitioner - Oklahoma (OK) License (Full T...
Nurse Practitioner Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager Work Location: Remote — must live in the state of Oklahoma; work must be completed within the United States Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. You know HRT, you understand the complexity of perimenopause, and you’ve spent years earning the clinical instincts it takes to actually get this right. Now you want to do it at scale — for more patients, with fewer barriers, and in a practice model that matches how you already think and work. That’s what Midi is. A fully virtual, fast-paced clinical environment built specifically around women’s midlife health — and designed for NPs who are ready to practice at their best. THE ROLE You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. If you’re the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you’ll feel at home here. WHO THRIVES HERE Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common: - They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling - They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change - They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it - They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one - They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment - They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Must live in the state of Oklahoma - Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC - 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients - 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT - 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time - 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience - 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists - Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) - Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine WHY MIDI - A patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real care - Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven framework - Fully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local time - Desirable benefits package - Accredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE) - Clinician Professional Development Allowance - Paid time off - A team that takes women’s health as seriously as you do WORKING ENVIRONMENT This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required. At this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship. All Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs. Reporting to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO, you'll own Maven's communications strategy across consumer and corporate PR, social media, executive communications, employer brand, and internal communications. You'll shape how Maven shows up everywhere from the New York Times and Today Show to Instagram and TikTok, LinkedIn, industry conversations, and our own company meetings. You'll be responsible for turning Maven's products, members, providers, research, data, and point of view into stories people want to talk about. You'll create cultural moments, build relationships with the journalists and creators shaping conversations about women's health, and establish Maven and its leaders as defining voices on the issues transforming healthcare. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. We're looking for someone with exceptional taste, instincts, judgment, and writing ability who can see the story before everyone else does—and knows how to make it matter. What You’ll Do: - Maven's global communications strategy across consumer PR, corporate communications, social media, executive communications, employer brand, and internal communications - A consumer PR strategy that makes Maven part of the cultural conversation around women's health, fertility, pregnancy, parenting, menopause, weight and metabolic health, and the changing expectations consumers have of healthcare - Proactive earned media across consumer, lifestyle, health, business, technology, and culture—building deep relationships with the journalists, editors, producers, creators, and influencers who shape those conversations - Communications for major Maven product launches, research, partnerships, campaigns, company milestones, and cultural moments, turning announcements into stories that break through - Creative, communications-led campaigns that use Maven's data, member stories, clinical expertise, research, and cultural insights to create conversation and build brand awareness - A clinical storytelling strategy that turns Maven's clinical research, outcomes, proprietary data, and provider expertise into compelling stories that build trust and differentiate Maven—partnering closely with our clinical and research teams to translate evidence into narratives that resonate with consumers, employers, health plans, and the broader healthcare community - A pipeline of powerful client and member stories that bring Maven's impact to life—from the individual member whose care changed because of Maven to the employer or health plan seeing measurable improvements in outcomes and cost—building the systems, relationships, and creative formats to tell those stories consistently across earned media, social, executive communications, events, and Maven's own channels - Maven's organic social strategy across platforms, building a distinctive voice and point of view rather than simply distributing company news - Executive communications and thought leadership for the CEO and executive team, including speeches, media, social media, major events, opinion pieces, and moments that establish Maven's leaders as important voices in healthcare, technology, and business - Maven's corporate narrative and reputation, ensuring we tell a clear, differentiated story about what we're building, why it matters, and why Maven is uniquely positioned to lead the next era of women's and family healthcare - Maven's employer brand, partnering with People to tell the story of what it means to build a career at Maven and attract exceptional talent - Internal communications across Maven, including company-wide meetings, major announcements, leadership communications, and the narratives that help employees understand where we're going, why, and what matters most - Issues and crisis communications, bringing excellent judgment and calm leadership to high-stakes moments - A high-performing communications organization that moves quickly, has exceptional standards, and measures its success by impact—not activity What You’ll Bring: - You've spent 10+ years building brands and shaping narratives through communications, with leadership experience at a high-growth consumer, technology, healthcare, or driven communications for a political campaign. - You understand what makes a story travel, what journalists and consumers care about, and how brands earn attention rather than simply buying it. - You have deep relationships across consumer, lifestyle, health, business, and technology media and a track record of generating sustained, high-impact earned coverage—not just around announcements, but through ideas, trends, data, people, and cultural moments. - You understand how modern communications works beyond traditional media. You have strong instincts around social, creators, influencers, podcasts, events, and emerging channels, and know how earned and owned media reinforce each other. - You're an exceptional storyteller and writer. You can turn a complicated healthcare product, clinical study, business strategy, or cultural shift into a simple narrative people remember. - You've built executives into distinctive public voices. You're comfortable challenging and advising a CEO, know when an executive should enter a conversation and when they shouldn't, and can capture someone else's voice rather than imposing your own. - You know how to create moments, not just respond to them—from original research and consumer data to unexpected partnerships, campaigns, events, and stories that get people talking. - You understand how to protect a brand as well as build one, with experience navigating sensitive issues, crises, and complex stakeholder environments with excellent judgment. - You've led internal communications in a fast-growing organization and understand that employees are one of a company's most important audiences. - You're comfortable operating in a regulated and high-trust category where creativity has to coexist with accuracy and credibility. - You're both strategic and deeply hands-on. You can develop a multi-year communications strategy and then rewrite a headline, pitch a reporter, edit a CEO post, or shape an all-hands narrative yourself. - You know how to measure communications beyond impressions and press hits, connecting the work to brand awareness, consumer consideration, reputation, talent, and business outcomes. - High standards, exceptional taste, intellectual curiosity, low ego, and a bias toward action. Why This Role: Women's health is having a cultural moment—but the healthcare system still hasn't caught up. Millions of women are demanding better answers about fertility, pregnancy, menopause, weight, hormones, mental health, and how their bodies change throughout their lives. At the same time, AI, new therapeutics, changing consumer expectations, and a new generation of healthcare companies are reshaping what's possible. Maven has an opportunity not only to participate in that conversation, but to help define it. We have more than a decade of experience caring for women and families, millions of members, thousands of employer and health plan customers, an extraordinary provider community, a growing body of clinical research, and a rapidly expanding consumer business. That creates an almost unlimited supply of stories worth telling. The opportunity is to turn that foundation into one of the most important and recognizable brands in women's health. You'll work directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff, Marketing, Clinical, Product, People, and the broader leadership team to determine how Maven shows up in the world—and build a communications organization capable of making Maven as culturally relevant as the problem we're solving. In this role, you will own the data ecosystem spanning the entire clinician lifecycle—from the moment a provider enters our recruiting funnel, through onboarding, credentialing, and state licensing, to their ongoing clinical performance, operational efficiency, and downstream business impact on patient retention. You will develop performance frameworks that merge operational SLAs (e.g., on-time arrival, inbox turnaround times) with clinical quality and safety metrics. Additionally, you will lead our efforts in provider interaction analytics, creating evaluation and scoring logic to quantify qualitative behavioral dimensions, such as clinician empathy from consultation transcripts. Sitting at the intersection of Clinical Operations, Quality, Talent, Business Strategy, and Product, you will serve as the primary analytical partner to our Clinical Leadership and Executive team. Clinician Lifecycle & Funnel Analytics - Recruiting & Onboarding Optimization: Track and analyze the provider hiring funnel to uncover drop-off points, streamline time-to-hire, and improve conversion rates across clinical specialties. - Credentialing & Licensing Efficiency: Build predictive frameworks and monitoring dashboards to reduce state-by-state licensing bottlenecks and decrease provider time-to-first-consultation. - Cohort Retention & Attrition Modeling: Analyze first-year clinician retention trends, identifying early-warning indicators of burnout or regrettable turnover, and evaluating the long-term impact on operational capacity. 2. Operational Performance & Efficiency Metrics - Operational SLA Tracking: Design and maintain performance scorecards tracking operational efficiency metrics, including appointment on-time start rates, EMR/EHR inbox turnaround times, chart completion speed, and panel utilization. 3. Clinical Quality, Safety & Interaction Scoring - Transcript & Empathy Analytics: Establish scoring frameworks and evaluation logic to extract insights from visit transcripts. Quantify qualitative provider attributes (e.g., patient rapport, empathy, active listening) using sentiment and text analytics LLM tools. - Clinical Safety & Quality Alignment: Partner with the Clinical Quality and Safety teams to incorporate chart audit scores and clinical safety compliance into unified provider scorecards. 4. Downstream Patient & Business Impact - Clinician Impact on Patient Retention: Conduct causal and correlation analyses linking specific clinician behaviors, operational SLAs, and empathy scores directly to patient retention, net promoter scores (NPS), and long-term treatment plan adherence. - Executive Reporting & Strategic Guidance: Translate complex provider performance data into clear executive dashboards and strategic frameworks that directly inform clinician compensation, training programs, and operational workflows. What You Bring Technical Skills - Advanced SQL & Data Modeling: Expert-level SQL skills for querying, transforming, and modeling complex relational databases across disparate operational and EHR systems. - Python Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python for statistical analysis, cohort modeling, survival analysis, and text/sentiment processing. - Data Visualization & BI: Proven ability to design intuitive, executive-ready dashboards in modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI). - Text Analytics & NLP Awareness: Familiarity with text mining, sentiment analysis, or prompt-based LLM evaluation frameworks for processing qualitative data (transcripts, chat logs, survey notes). - Modern Analytics Stack & AI Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and active adoption of modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs for coding efficiency, automated insights) to accelerate analytics workflows. Analytical & Domain Capabilities - Healthcare Operations Intuition: Understanding of clinical operations, provider scheduling, EMR/EHR workflows (e.g., Epic, Athena, or proprietary telehealth EHRs), and clinical quality metrics. - Behavioral & Lifecycle Analytics: Experience with cohort analysis, retention modeling, and constructing behavioral/qualitative scoring models. - Strategic Problem Structuring: Ability to take unstructured business and clinical questions and translate them into rigorous, answerable quantitative frameworks. - Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders, particularly Clinical Lead/Medical Directors, Operations leads, and Talent teams. Experience - 5+ years of data analytics experience delivering high-impact operational or workforce insights. - Healthcare Experience: Strong preference for background in Digital Health, Telehealth, Tech-enabled Medical Groups, or Health Operations. (Strong candidates with backgrounds in People Analytics/People Data Science with exposure to operational telemetry are also encouraged to apply.) - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantitative discipline (Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience. Product Manager, Patient Retention & Engagement
📍 Hybrid, Onsite 2x per week (Tues/Thurs) in Palo Alto and/or San Francisco Reports to: VP, Product Management About Midi Health: Midi Health is the leading virtual care platform built specifically for women. We combine expert clinical care with a deeply personalized digital experience to help women navigate every stage of their health—from perimenopause and menopause to the full spectrum of women’s health. As we expand our care offerings, keeping patients engaged, supported, and coming back is central to both our mission and our business. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the patient retention and engagement experience end to end. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of our product strategy. Patient lifetime value is one of Midi’s most important strategic priorities, and you’ll be the key product partner responsible for executing against it. At the center of this role is a big idea: The Midi portal should be a place where patients feel continuously understood—not just after a single visit, but throughout their entire care journey. The best consumer experiences don’t rely on one individual to deliver the magic. They build systems that make every interaction feel personal, consistent, and worth returning to. That’s what we’re building for Midi patients. You’ll own the patient-facing logged-in experience, including the dashboard, rebooking flows, after-care summaries, prescription and lab views, care team messaging, and everything that turns a single visit into a long-term care relationship. A key part of this vision is using AI to improve the moments surrounding the clinical visit—from intake and the post-visit handoff to helping patients understand their next steps, answering follow-up questions, and booking future care. The goal is to create a seamless end-to-end experience for patients while allowing clinicians to focus on what only they can do. As Midi introduces new types of care, you’ll also build the connective tissue that helps patients discover and act on everything we offer. This is a core product role on a lean, highly collaborative team. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, clinical, data, growth, and operations to ship experiences that meaningfully improve patient retention and engagement. What You’ll Do Own the Logged-In Patient Experience - Build a longitudinal patient experience where Midi’s understanding of who each patient is, what she cares about, and where she is in her health journey makes every interaction feel continuous and personal - Own the patient dashboard as the central hub patients return to between and after visits - Improve rebooking and appointment-management experiences - Develop after-care summaries and clear follow-up action items - Create intuitive experiences for prescription management, lab results, and diagnostic reviews - Improve secure messaging between patients and their care teams - Build notifications and re-engagement touchpoints across the patient lifecycle Drive Retention and Patient Lifetime Value - Define and own the product roadmap for retention, engagement, and patient lifetime value - Identify where engagement drops throughout the patient journey and build solutions that address those moments - Create pathways that help existing patients discover new care offerings as Midi expands - Partner with clinical, growth, and operations teams to align product investments with company-level LTV goals - Establish clear success metrics, evaluate product performance, and use insights to continuously improve the experience Build the Future of Patient Engagement - Develop AI-assisted post-visit experiences that guide patients through next steps, answer follow-up questions, and help them book future care at the right moment - Explore health and symptom trackers connected to personalized care plans - Build care pathways and calendaring experiences that help patients understand and prepare for future care needs - Create personalized recommendations as Midi’s catalog of care expands Who You Are You’re Data-Driven - You’re as comfortable working in an analytics dashboard as you are in Figma - You define success through clear metrics, run structured experiments, and can tell a compelling story through data - You’ve previously owned retention, engagement, or LTV-related metrics and can demonstrate how your work moved them You Have Strong Product and UX Instincts - You have a track record of shipping consumer experiences that users love - You can go deep on UX, from writing crisp product briefs to providing specific design feedback and advocating for simplicity - You consider the emotional experience of being a patient—not just the functional experience - You balance user needs, business priorities, clinical considerations, and technical constraints when making product decisions You Bring Strong Core Product Craft - You have 4–8+ years of product management experience; we’ll calibrate the level based on your background and scope - You have experience building engagement or retention features for a consumer product, such as an app, subscription business, or digital platform - You’ve successfully owned a roadmap, prioritized ruthlessly, and shipped in a fast-moving environment - You’re a strong cross-functional collaborator who knows how to build alignment without direct authority - You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator who can clearly make the case for your product bets Bonus Points - Experience building consumer engagement or retention products in health or wellness - Experience in consumer health, telehealth, or a consumer subscription business - Familiarity with care coordination, EHR or EMR workflows, prescription management, or diagnostic results - Experience in women’s health, chronic care, or longitudinal healthcare - Familiarity with lifecycle marketing or product-led growth strategies Why You’ll Love Working at Midi - Strategic impact: Patient lifetime value is a board-level priority, and your roadmap will be visible and meaningful across the company. - Greenfield opportunity: The patient dashboard and post-visit experience are still early. You’ll have the opportunity to define what they become. - Mission-driven work: Millions of women remain underserved by the healthcare system. The products you build will directly improve their care. - Exceptional partners: You’ll work alongside world-class clinicians, designers, engineers, and operators who care deeply about the patient experience. The Client Support Team focuses on resolving issues, evaluating custom requests, and supporting client performance. This role sits on a newly built-out team reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Support. We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and client-obsessed Client Support Specialist to join a fast-paced team. In this role, you'll build a deep understanding of client needs and Maven's internal capabilities, partnering with your manager to shape how the team prioritizes and operates. You'll exercise sound judgment on complex, evolving problems — escalating for direction when the path isn't clear — and you'll be trusted with real client-facing judgment calls early, identifying patterns that help Maven build for scale. What you'll do: - Identify patterns versus one-off issues at the ticket level to surface opportunities in process, product, or specific client relationships. - Use data and trends to diagnose what's driving issue volume or client friction. - Monitor and measure performance against key operational KPIs, using data to continuously improve outcomes. - Identify and fix root causes to reduce overall ticket volume and increase the ability to self-serve across client-facing and operational teams. - Prioritize across competing demands spanning client issues, custom requests, and performance work, partnering with your manager on what matters most and making sound calls on what to act on now versus later. - Manage a portfolio of open threads ranging from immediate decisions to early-stage scoping, keeping track of what's waiting on whom at every stage. - Navigate fluidly between client-facing teams and internal stakeholders, adjusting tone and approach to fit the audience and the ask. - Own follow-through on every open item until it's actually resolved, driving accountability regardless of how many stakeholders are involved. - Collaborate with stakeholders across most functions at Maven (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Legal, Finance, etc.), serving as the voice of the client in internal operational conversations. - As the team grows, help onboard and mentor newer team members. What you'll bring: - 4-6 years in a client support, operations, or client-facing ops role — health tech, healthcare, benefits, or another regulated/complex industry is a plus but not required. - Comfortable making a reasonable call with incomplete information, and comfortable being wrong sometimes as a result. - Take direction well, work autonomously, and also push back when something doesn't add up. - Proven track record independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes on timeline, quality, and client satisfaction. - Clear, concise executive communication across written, verbal, and in-the-room settings, with the judgment to know what to escalate, when, and to whom. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to frame decisions and measure impact. - Experience with escalation, exception-handling, or decision-approval workflows. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bonus if you have: - Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare industry, particularly in women's and family health. - Prior payer-side experience at a health plan, TPA, or health services organization. - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker. - Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment. The base salary range for this role is $98,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. This role requires active work authorization in the US. You can ruthlessly prioritize, delegate effectively, and manage up, down, and sideways effectively. - Effectively coach and manage a team of functional owners including managers and independent contributors to effectively execute against our operational initiatives - Lead efforts on AI enablement, automation, and overall efficiency and reliability across the clinical operations team - Serve as a thought partner in cross-functional workgroups, strategic planning, and leadership initiatives - Turn data and project updates into actionable insights and clear recommendations to leadership Required Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in high growth operations, with a preference for direct exposure to provider network management, credentialing, or multi-state licensing - Demonstrated ability to build and improve operational systems in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment - you've built something from scratch before - Process-obsessed and detail-oriented: you see inefficiency and can't help but fix it - Margin/ cost / P&L ownership experience - Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling data, identifying trends, and translating insights into operational decisions - Excellent cross-functional communicator, able to work across clinical, product, and operations teams and move things forward without direct authority and distill down fuzzy information into clear and direct insights - Genuinely excited by automation, tooling, and AI.
