Our job is to make sure the women who need us can find us, trust us, and feel seen from the very first visit. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who's able to wear a lot of hats. You'll run a tight brand content operation, own our social presence, and build upon our creator and influencer partnership program. You're the engine that keeps campaigns on track, creative on-brand, and the community growing. We're looking for a social-minded, marketing manager who knows how to tell a brand story across brand and paid channels. You have sharp instincts for what resonates by channel and an excitement to become an expert in our patients and within women’s health. You'll work closely with our growth team on paid media efforts, meaning you're equally comfortable understanding our paid strategy and briefing & working with design and creators to deliver assets based on a fast-paced timeline. Location: Hybrid (NYC). We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed. Your Impact - Build and maintain content workflow infrastructure, briefings, reviews, and approvals, and coordinate across writers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to keep content moving on time - Execute Instagram and TikTok strategy, develop creative content formats and recurring franchises, concept and direct short-form video, and manage community in Allara's voice - Own the influencer and creator program end-to-end: identification, outreach, briefing, contracting, performance review, ambassador programming, and budget management - Curate and manage inbound patient UGC, build sourcing and licensing systems, and create brand health reports based on community sentiment - Serve as the connective tissue between growth and brand on creative, ensuring paid needs are briefed correctly, delivered on time, and brand standards are upheld - Own end-to-end creative production from brief intake through final delivery, manage external creative partners, and maintain the integrated editorial calendar as the source of truth for all content in market - Manage ClickUp project tracking for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives, and support go-to-market execution for new product and condition-area launches Required Qualifications - 4–6 years in marketing, preferably at a DTC consumer brand, digital health company, or agency - Proven track record executing marketing programs across multiple channels with strong project management skills - Strong storyteller and confident writer who produces clear, on-brand copy across formats and uses AI tools to move faster - Experience managing cross-functional teams and external creative partners - Strong analytical instincts with the ability to turn performance data into a coherent recap - Clear, direct communicator who creates structure and holds people accountable without friction Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project ma
