We are currently looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Senior eCommerce Trading Manager and the wider Brandstores Trading team, your focus will be on managing product assortment and onsite content across two of our core brandstores. In this role, you will combine your strong organisational and technical skills with your attention to detail to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, product launches and website initiatives across markets. What you will do Manage product-related updates across your brandstores, including product launches, PDP creation and management, product content, SKU maintenance, localisation and out-of-stock coordination. Implement and maintain evergreen and campaign-related onsite content across homepage, category pages and other key campaign touchpoints, ensuring quality and consistency across brands, markets and devices. Work independently from the Trading Calendar to coordinate briefs, assets and timely delivery for campaigns, product launches, market activations and A/B tests. Collaborate with the Senior eCommerce Trading Manager, Brand Marketing and other internal teams to optimise onsite content and implement requests across the business. Regularly QA your brandstores and new tools, content and releases, identifying and resolving UX and conversion-impacting issues and coordinating with relevant teams where required. What you should bring Experience in eCommerce trading, onsite content management, merchandising or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment. Experience working with eCommerce platforms, ideally Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, and confidence managing product and onsite content. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, launches and priorities simultaneously. Good analytical and technical skills, including intermediate Excel and experience with web analytics or QA tools such as GA4 or Contentsquare. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Brand Marketing, Operations, Legal, Customer Service, Technology and other stakeholders; fluency in German, French or Japanese is desirable.
