Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - Massachusetts
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - Massachusetts to join our FOLX Behavioral Health Services! As a therapist with FOLX, you will be providing individual therapy to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform. What You’ll Do: - Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions - Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment as part of the FOLX clinical team - Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and needs; develop and implement therapeutic interventions appropriate to treatment goals; and draw from self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans - Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the team through EMR in accordance with FOLX Health policies and procedures - Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetings - Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation - Help design, coordinate, and provide therapy services and programs for a variety of patient and community populations - Comply with federal and state therapy regulations - Maintain state licenses as required - Other duties as required What You’ll Bring: - Master's degree or higher from an accredited educational program in psychology, counseling or social work. - Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD or PsyD) to be able to practice upon hire. As a Per Diem RN, you will allow our RN team to maintain coverage for all of the nursing tasks they do to support the clinical team of MDs, NPs, and PAs in providing excellent member care through providing direct education, counseling, and clinical care to members. As our Legal Intern , you will work closely with the General Counsel and be exposed to various aspects of a growing tele-health company’s legal environment, including monitoring tele-health laws and regulations, contract review and negotiation, healthcare privacy issues, policy development, and legal operations.
