Following our recent Series D funding and continued rapid growth, we're expanding our Strategic Alliances team to help accelerate our mission and extend our reach through key commercial partnerships. We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances to own and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other ecosystem partners. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, business development, and commercial strategy, helping drive enterprise growth through partner-enabled channels. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship builder, operator, and growth driver. You are comfortable managing executive-level partnerships, creating scalable activation plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate strategic opportunities into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Partner Ownership - Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other channel partners. - Develop partnership strategies, establish goals, and drive accountability for performance and growth. - Lead partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management to maximize engagement and impact. Pipeline Activation & Growth - Own the development and activation of pipeline opportunities generated through partner channels. - Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise opportunities. - Create and execute targeted plans to increase partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Partnership Operations & Reporting - Develop measurable activation plans and success metrics for each partnership. - Lead regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with partners. - Analyze partnership performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
